Agreement to Terms

By using Metronome for Dummies ("the App"), an iOS application for iPhone and iPad, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

App Store Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that:

• These terms are between you and us, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is provided as-is, and you use it at your own risk.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and the app store listing if necessary.
